To subscribe to Your Doctor, you need to provide us with the information to be included in the personalised sections of your newsletter.

You can do this by following the simple seven-step process on this website. Alternatively, prepare your information in the form that suits you. Indicate what is to go on the front page, and what on the back. Allow for the available space - more than 450 words will make the back page too crowded and "reader-unfriendly".

If possible, send this information to us by email. Fax is our second preference. This way we can minimise transcription errors.

Upon receipt of your practice information we will prepare drafts of your front and back page sections and, time permitting, return them to you for approval.

Remember, your subscription is flexible. You can vary your order, and the content of the personalised sections, whenever you wish. Simply tell us by the 10th of the month before publication.

Please remember that, unless we hear to the contrary, we will assume that the quantity required, and your practice information, is a repeat of the previous edition.

Don't forget to get changes to us as soon as possible, and no later than the 10th of the month preceding publication.
